OSG-EZV serisi kal\u0131c\u0131 m\u0131knat\u0131sl\u0131 kompres\u00f6r<br \/>Enerji tasarrufu avantajlar\u0131:<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Enerji tasarrufu ko\u015fulu<\/strong><br \/>1: Kal\u0131c\u0131 m\u0131knat\u0131sl\u0131 motor, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck h\u0131zlarda bile y\u00fcksek verimlili\u011fini koruyarak, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hava hacimlerinde belirgin enerji tasarrufu avantajlar\u0131 sa\u011flar.<br \/>2: Frekans aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 0%-100% aras\u0131ndad\u0131r (60%-100% aras\u0131nda ortak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm).<br \/>3: Sabit h\u0131zl\u0131 kompres\u00f6rle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, enerji tasarrufu 22%-40%<br \/>4: Yayg\u0131n inverter kompres\u00f6rlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, enerji tasarrufu 5%-15%<br \/>5: Sistem hacmindeki dalgalanmalar ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck olursa, enerji tasarrufu etkisi de o kadar belirgin olur.<br \/>6: Enerji tasarruflu bo\u015faltma sistemi (invert\u00f6r):<br \/>Sabit hava kompres\u00f6rlerinde gaz t\u00fcketimindeki dalgalanmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, bo\u015faltma zaman\u0131 vard\u0131r; bu durumda hava kompres\u00f6r\u00fc r\u00f6lantide \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ancak 45% elektrik enerjisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyar. Ancak kal\u0131c\u0131 m\u0131knat\u0131sl\u0131 frekans kontroll\u00fc hava kompres\u00f6rlerinde invert\u00f6r kontrol\u00fc sayesinde bo\u015faltma olmaz ve enerji israf\u0131 ya\u015fanmaz. Hava kompres\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fcniteleri b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e,<br \/>Enerji tasarrufu daha fazla olur. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 kontrol\u00fc bant geni\u015fli\u011fi (enerji tasarrufu) ile israf edilen elektrik enerjisinden tasarruf edin:<br \/>Sabit kompres\u00f6r, \u00fcnite ve elektrik \u015febekesi \u00fczerindeki etkiyi \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in 1 Barg band\u0131 (yani hava kompres\u00f6r\u00fc limitleri) i\u00e7in minimum kontrol bas\u0131nc\u0131 ayarlamal\u0131d\u0131r. Birka\u00e7 makine, bas\u0131n\u00e7 gradyan\u0131 ile birlikte kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 ve daha geni\u015f bir bas\u0131n\u00e7 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r. OSG kal\u0131c\u0131 m\u0131knat\u0131sl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fken frekansl\u0131 hava kompres\u00f6r\u00fc serisi ise invert\u00f6r kontroll\u00fcd\u00fcr, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z durdurma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir, bas\u0131n\u00e7 ayarlamaya gerek yoktur, sadece hat \u00fczerindeki bir bas\u0131n\u00e7 noktas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Her 0,14 Barg bant geni\u015fli\u011findeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 ile sistem 1% enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayabilir.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Enerji tasarruflu ba\u015flatma (invert\u00f6r):<\/strong><br \/>Hava kompres\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 \u200b\u200bak\u0131m\u0131, nominal ak\u0131m\u0131n 3-6 kat\u0131d\u0131r; s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla enerji israf\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Frekans d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme tipi kompres\u00f6rlerde ise s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ve durdurma olmaz, bunun yerine yumu\u015fak ba\u015flatma \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulunur. Maksimum ak\u0131m, nominal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmaz, enerji israf\u0131 olmaz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u015febeke ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkiyi de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131r ve elektrikli ekipmanlara zarar vermez.
